Thesis stuff and Panda Calendar

So I spent most of the weekend and all day working, and I finally feel like I have something to show for it all. I'm almost done with my first thesis piece (just a little touching up to do, but I need to step away for a while and give it some breathing room), and I've started on the second one. I also finished my perpetual calendar project, and I'm in love with it. So here are some pictures!




All of the month and date cards are contained within the box, and the day of the week is revealed when you rotate the top. The box is a recycled brie container, the flower pattern is designed by me, the bamboo is made of some wooden dowels, and the panda is made of sculpey painted with acrylic. This project took forever but it was SO worth it.
